Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Return shipping fees are not refundable. We accept returns for products purchased from shop.caviarskinclinic.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). shop.caviarskinclinic.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt. 

*Items returned in non-saleable condition such as –

  • Unsealed
  • Swatched/Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
  • Relabelled
  • Refiled
  • Pierced
  • Partially missing items//Exclusive Sets

Gift Cards and Treatments: There are no refunds available for these items.

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.

If you have a complaint or concern with service received or a product purchased, please contact us at office@caviarskinclinic.com and we’ll do our best to help.

*Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer. If issued in these instances, shop.caviarskinclinic.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Kindly send your return to the address noted below in the original shipping carton. If you no longer have the original shipping carton, please include a note with your order number, or you can include a copy of your order or shipping confirmation email.

To protect against package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via insured FedEx or Canada Post Ground. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. A return credit confirmation email will be sent when the return has been processed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Shop.caviarskinclinic.com monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Caviar Skin Clinic Inc. reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
